The RepliQ platform is operated by Digital Beauty SRL, a company registered in Romania, with its headquarters in Bucharest. Contact: contact@digitalbeauty.ro.
RepliQ provides clients with an AI chatbot SaaS platform, which allows the creation and management of a virtual assistant based on your own documents. The service includes:
Access to the platform is via a dedicated account. The client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials and for all activities carried out through their account. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately to the contact address above.
Services are billed monthly, in advance, according to the rates displayed on the pricing page. Prices are expressed in EUR without VAT. Applicable VAT according to Romanian legislation is added to the invoice. Payment can be made by bank card or bank transfer.
The setup fee (one-time, upon service activation) covers onboarding, initial configuration, and document migration. This is non-refundable after the setup is complete.
The subscription is monthly and renews automatically. The client can cancel anytime, without penalties, effective at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation is done from the admin panel or by email to the contact address.
Digital Beauty SRL reserves the right to suspend access in case of non-payment or violation of these terms, with a prior notice of 5 business days.
The RepliQ platform, source code, interfaces, and documentation are the exclusive property of Digital Beauty SRL and are protected by copyright legislation. The client receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform during the subscription.
Documents and data uploaded by the client remain their property. Digital Beauty SRL claims no right over the client's content.
The platform is provided as-is. Digital Beauty SRL does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The total liability of Digital Beauty SRL to the client will not exceed the value of the amounts paid by the client in the last 3 calendar months.
Processing of personal data is done according to the Privacy Policy and GDPR Page available on the site.
Digital Beauty SRL may modify these conditions with a 30-day prior notice by email. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changes.
This contract is governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be resolved amicably or, in case of failure, by the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania.
